Research Tour

In July 2007 and 2008 Murray Dairy has arranged for 10 farmers from across the region to visit the Victorian Agri Bio-Science Research Facilities at Bundoora and then fly to Sydney and visit the University at Camden to gain an understanding on current dairy research.

Specific areas discussed at Camden included:

  • CRC Genetic Marker programs;
  • Future Dairy projects;
  • Complementary forage rotation system
  • Feeding different rations to get different milk compositions.
